Holistic Health 2011
A Season for Nonviolence daily meditations for 64 days. Spring 2011.
For 64 days in celebration of the lives of Gandhi and Mr. Luther King, I sent out inspirational emails raising the awareness of non-violent practices through personal, social, and Eco-cultural lenses. I constructed these emails using social contact for my holistic health internship at San Francisco State University during the spring of 2011. The following images are samples of the daily meditations.
